HISTORY
Founded in 1965 by Gus Stavropoulos, Wolverine Carbide and Tool is a premier manufacturer of high-precision tools and dies for the hot, warm, and cold metal forming industry. Since 1972, the company has also been a recognized leader in the production of tools for specialty gears, drive train and suspension components. Wolverine Carbide and Tool was among the first in the industry to pioneer digital transmittal of data between the global engineering and design centers of our customers and our facilities, in effect becoming their specialized “Tool-Room-For-Life.” Today, tooling components manufactured by Wolverine Carbide and Tool can be found within the factories and products of a host of diverse industries around the globe.
