CNC MILLING
Computer numerical control milling, or CNC Milling, is a digitally automated milling process able to perform numerous cutting and milling operations within complex tool paths. These tool paths include slot cutting, planning, drilling, rebating, routing, and much more. The CNC milling process is comprised of a rotating cutting tool that removes material in both a sideways and “in and out” cutting path. Metal removal is executed via the relative motion of the cutter and the workpiece. In addition to CNC milling, Wolverine Carbide and Tool also provides manually operated and mechanically automated milling services.
